How we work
Step 1
Once the estimate is agreed upon, a contract will be signed. Following this, your windows will enter production, typically taking between 12 to 20 business days.
As soon as your windows have been manufactured and are ready for installation, your Project Manager from Thermoroom will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date that fits your availability.
Step 2
We utilize a ZipWall barrier system to isolate the work area, preventing dust and debris from spreading to other areas of your home.
We safely remove your old windows without damaging the interior or exterior trims and meticulously prepare the openings to ensure a perfect fit.
Your new windows are professionally installed with close attention to detail. We apply high-quality spray foam insulation around the windows for optimal energy efficiency.
Step 3
After removing the ZipWall system, we perform a detailed cleanup and vacuum the entire area.
Once the job is complete, the only sign of our presence will be your beautiful, newly installed windows.

Typically, window manufacturing takes approximately 12 to 18 business days.
How long does window installation take?
Under normal conditions, without additional complications or extensive preparation, the installation of each window typically takes about 1 to 1½ hours. Average size project takes about a day
What kind of warranty do the windows have?
Our windows come with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, along with a 10-year labor warranty covering any operational issues, such as opening and closing difficulties (excluding damage caused by customers). Additionally, the warranty includes one-time complimentary screen repair or replacement.
What if I need to replace the glass?
If glass replacement is required, our installer will first measure your window, and manufacturing will typically take around 12 business days. The actual replacement process takes approximately 15 minutes.
I accidentally broke the glass—does the warranty cover this?
Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover damages caused by customers. Any customer-related damages would need to be addressed outside of the warranty coverage.
Can I replace windows myself, or should I hire a professional?
For optimal results and peace of mind, we strongly recommend professional installation. Our experienced installers ensure your windows are correctly fitted, properly sealed, fully functional, and that your lifetime transferable warranty remains valid.
How should I prepare for window replacement day?
Before installers arrive, please remove all blinds or window coverings. Additionally, clear a space of approximately three feet around each window by moving furniture such as beds, nightstands, couches, or other obstacles. This ensures a smooth installation and helps protect your belongings from accidental damage.
